RETURNS
The item/s needs to be returned to Bike & Pedal within 7 days after it was delivered to you. Return it with a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return, in the original product packaging, unused/not fitted and it must be in a sellable condition.

Bike & Pedal needs to be advised on any damaged items or bikes with technical problems. Bikes components may not be tampered with. This will result in voiding the return policy and warranty of the orginal bike and its components. Therefore a refund will not be issued on tampered bikes or components. Resulting in customers providing their own courier on return of the bike and only repairs will be done. We will not be liable for any replacements components installed by other bike stores or workshops. Bike & Pedal will arrange for a collection to inspect the product in its original form (not tampered with) and packaging. Refund or return of the product will then follow.

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post or courier. You will be responsible for the cost of returns. We will examine the returned goods and notify you within a reasonable period of time.

If the item is returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc), Bike & Pedal will arrange and pay for the collection of the item from you with our Couriers.

REFUNDS

Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 10% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
